It all begins with a deep desire to do meaningful work to serve our great nation. If you want to join forces with a team of trusted advisors and solve interesting and exciting challenges, IIS is the company for you.
Here at IIS, we value each employee and believe relationships are paramount to our collective success. We invest in your career for future growth. Integrated Intel Solutions is not your typical federal contractor, and we are not interested in “business as usual.” That is why we are searching for forward-thinking teammates who want to make a major impact and help us drive today’s IC into tomorrow’s IC. If the thought of breaking through the status quo excites you, we want to hear from you!
Our positions are primarily located in the Washington, DC metro area, and many require Top Secret/SCI or Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearances. We specialize in crossing clearances with minimal delay.
Integrated Intel Solutions offers comprehensive, competitive compensation and benefits package designed to provide security and long-term value.
Here at Integrated Intel Solutions, our distinctive company culture is based on a goal-driven workplace. As a mission-focused solutions provider, our professionals consistently deliver exceptional results to our IC customers—with a focus on the requirements of the major “three letter agencies”.
We believe in sustained engagement, team building and long-term retention of our workforce; we are proud to offer long-term career paths for our team.
We know our team is the key to our success—each and every person contributes to our growth. We actively engage our team to continuously seek feedback to improve our offerings. Our strength and competitive advantage is and always will be our team members. This is a unique business approach. It sets us apart from other government contractors.
Technology continues to evolve rapidly, and we realize our professionals need to be educated and trained in the latest innovations to remain productive and competitive. As part of our career path offerings, we offer ample opportunities for team members to pursue certifications, coursework and webinars to enhance their knowledge base.
We offer augmenting of our existing professionals (systems engineers, model based systems engineers (MBSE), architects and program managers) with experience in 3rd-offset and integrated intelligence (AWS/C2S cloud, new workflows for analysis and collection and ICITE requirements) to meet the existing and future needs of the Intelligence Community.
In addition, we are recruiting data professionals (data scientists, machine learning experts, mathematicians, and big data engineers) who can support advanced concepts of the integrated intelligence efforts of our clients and partners.
IIS is a leaning forward provider of technical and engineering support for the Integrated Intelligence community (IC). We provide mission solutions for AWS/C2S (cloud) engineering and integration, systems and strategic engineering and architecture, data science and machine learning, legacy systems migration and ICIE/ICITE services engineering. As a value-added small business teaming partner, IIS contributes to winning IC proposal and contracting efforts.
