Welcome to Get Clear Beauty, operated by Get Clear Beauty Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using getclearbeauty.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Get Clear Beauty is an aesthetic treatment marketplace that helps consumers find providers based on treatment type, location, and budget. We display provider information, estimated pricing, and AI-powered treatment recommendations. We are a directory and matching service, not a medical provider, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Get Clear Beauty is free for consumers. You do not need to create an account to search for providers. By submitting information through our intake form (including your email, ZIP code, and beauty concerns), you consent to our use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pricing displayed on Get Clear Beauty falls into two categories:
You should always confirm pricing directly with the provider before proceeding with any treatment.
Our Site uses artificial intelligence to suggest aesthetic treatments based on the concerns you describe. These recommendations are generated by a language model and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. You should always consult with a licensed medical professional before pursuing any aesthetic treatment. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated recommendations.
The providers listed on Get Clear Beauty are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or affiliates of Get Clear Beauty Inc. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any provider's services, pricing, credentials, or representations. Any transaction or interaction you have with a provider is between you and that provider.
Get Clear Beauty does not provide medical services, medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment of any kind. We do not practice medicine. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as the practice of medicine or as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or aesthetic treatment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Clear Beauty Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, any provider interaction, any treatment outcome, or any reliance on information provided on the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.
The Site and all content, information, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Clear Beauty Inc., and its officers, directors, stockholders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any provider listed on the Site.
