   Some of our dependencies don't support this yet. Rather than use both versions side-by-side, let's just wait until they're all updated.

    Looks like TS 7.1 (which solves the issue webpack etc. have) is planned for Nov 24th, so we can't do this yet:

    microsoft/TypeScript#63703
