release: prepare FastLED 3.10.6 (#4702)

Rev 3.10.5 (#3346)

Version bump to 3.10.5. Release notes for 3.10.4 are finalized (drops
the "(Next Release)" suffix) — 3.10.5 ships the 3.10.4 content following
the master-reset to the 3.10.4 tree state (#3345).

chore(release): 3.10.3 -> 3.10.4 — bump zccache floor to 1.12.7 (#3115)

Picks up the version-namespaced cache root from
[zackees/zccache#763](zackees/zccache#763)
that resolves the version-shadow chain documented in zackees/zccache#762
(#759 silent daemon death, #760 self-hash regression, #761 design).
