Looks like this issue is flaky. 😟
I'm going to leave this open and stop commenting.
A human should fix and close this.
When run at the same commit (b33295d), this test passed in one build (https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-sql-python-connector/actions/runs/20201441253) and failed in another build (https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-sql-python-connector/actions/runs/20185393239).
intermittent failure due to
TooManyConnectionsError: remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connectionsOops! Looks like this issue is still flaky. It failed again. 😬
I reopened the issue, but a human will need to close it again.
