Add demo mode, restyled evidence page, and launch polish

- npx aloud demo: replays a bundled sample capture through the real
  pipeline. No emulator needed. Reconstructs the transcript as playable
  audio when a TTS voice exists, labeled as a reconstruction.
- Evidence page: transcript rendered as dialogue, findings pinned to
  screenshots, light and dark mode, audio playback, accessible itself.
- README: 60-second demo section, captured transcript sample,
  comparison table, badges.
- Package renamed to @irs-public/aloud (bare name is taken on npm).
  The aloud bin command is unchanged.
- Social preview image in docs/assets for repo settings.
