Pressing "?" (without quotes) while typing on url bar of "Edit and resend" opens Dev Tools' settings #433

Idk who has a separate question mark key on their keyboard, but mine doesn't, and while trying to insert a "?" (without quotes) in the path of "Edit and Resend", it just opens settings page of devtools instead of inserting "?" symbol, even when the cursor is focused on the textbox.
