Summary

Several links to the NHS Digital architectural principles use an old URL path that now returns a 404. The working path appears to have moved from:

https://digital.nhs.uk/about-nhs-digital/our-work/nhs-digital-architecture/principles

to:

https://digital.nhs.uk/developer/architecture/principles

(confirmed the new base path https://digital.nhs.uk/developer/architecture/principles loads correctly, and is already used correctly elsewhere in the repo, e.g. the ARCHITECTURE-SECURITY reference in README.md).
