Windows: OPTION=name:player does not ask for a name #1614

Description

@orffen

On the Windows build of NetHack, setting OPTION=name:player sets the name to "player".

On macOS/Linux, it instead forces NetHack to prompt for a name.

The behaviour should be consistent across platforms (i.e. OPTION=name:player should always prompt for a name).

    @pat-rankin

    The set of names which lead to prompting "who are you?" is set in 'sysconf' via
    the 'GENERICUSERS' entry.

    The Windows-specific sysconf.template seems to omit that for some reason.
    If you add
    GENERICUSERS=player
    (to sysconf, not to the template unless you reinstall first) you should get the
    result you want.

    The locations of NetHack system-wide shared files, including sysconf:

    nethack --showpaths
    Variable playground locations:
    [...]
         [bonesdir  ]="C:\ProgramData\NetHack\5.0\"
         [scoredir  ]="C:\ProgramData\NetHack\5.0\"
         [lockdir   ]="C:\ProgramData\NetHack\5.0\"
         [sysconfdir]="C:\ProgramData\NetHack\5.0\"
     NetHack's system configuration file (in sysconfdir):
         C:\ProgramData\NetHack\5.0\sysconf"
     The loadable symbols file (in sysconfdir):
         "C:\ProgramData\NetHack\5.0\symbols"
