What did you do?
I ran swift package plugin --allow-writing-to-package-directory format-source-code. The plugin DefocusCommandPlugin uses sourceCodeFormatting as intent (

) which does not correctly align with the purpose of the command plugin. Can we change the intent to be a custom intent that is more descriptive and has less potential to conflict with anyone else's code formatting plugins?

I would like the verb to be changed to something descriptive and unique
