Breakpoints do not appear until the next representation refresh #4

When adding a breakpoint to a model element, the decoration does not appear until the next refresh of the representation.

Please consider verifying/transfering this issue on a version based on the new official repository https://github.com/eclipse/gemoc-studio-modeldebugging/
