Rolldown's native binding statically links mimalloc v3, which defaults to a 4-second arena purge delay (MIMALLOC_PURGE_DELAY=1000 * MIMALLOC_ARENA_PURGE_MULT=4) and only executes scheduled purges cooperatively during subsequent allocations. In single-run CLI builds where Rolldown is not invoked again after bundling completes, non-zero purge delays prevent freed arena pages from being returned to the OS, increasing peak RSS when subsequent post-bundle stages run.

Introduce a shared loadRolldown() helper used by both the application chunk optimizer and the library builder that temporarily sets MIMALLOC_PURGE_DELAY=0 (when not already configured in the environment) while loading Rolldown's native binding so mimalloc caches a 0ms purge delay without leaving the variable set in process.env.

http-proxy-middleware, which the Webpack-based development server uses,
accepts a single path as `context`. The conversion of the array form
skipped those entries, so they were dropped and nothing was proxied,
without any message.

Glob keys were converted to regular expressions by adding the new key and
deleting the old one, which moved every glob entry to the end of the
object. Since Vite proxies a request with the first entry that matches it,
a glob written before a broader plain key could never be used.

Configure `browser-sync` with `changeOrigin: false` in `ssr-dev-server` so that the incoming `Host` header is preserved when proxying requests to the Node SSR server rather than being rewritten to `localhost`.

Inspects Rolldown output chunk imports to detect whether any generated library bundle imports `tslib` (for example, when custom decorators or explicit resource management helpers are emitted). When `tslib` is imported and not already declared in the library's `package.json` `dependencies`, resolves the `tslib` version range from `@angular/compiler` (with fallback to `tslib/package.json`) and adds it to the emitted `package.json`.

When a stylesheet dependency changes during watch rebuilds, avoid deleting the component's cached Angular diagnostics or marking the component source file as affected for diagnostics re-collection.
