   For the example in F33: columns created by whitespaces

   Identify Content:
   Presence of <pre> tag

   Test Instruction:

   1. Check the reading order of <pre> tag content is correct.

   @cliffbert - possible testing tools:

   • use the browser read aloud add-on/plug-in to highlight the content as it is read.

   Identify all meaningful content, including positioned, inserted, hidden, or invisible meaningful content.

   Test Instructions

   1. Check that the reading order of all meaningful content (in context) is logical. [SC 1.3.2]
      Test Results
      If the above checks fail, then Baseline Test 18.B-MeaningfulSequence fails.

   Also consider adding BACK in 18.A to cover visible content that is hidden:

   Do not include meaningful background images, which are covered under Baseline 6.B Test Procedure for Decorative Images.

   1. Check that the all meaningful content is available in the DOM, accessibility API, etc. (figure out what we want to call this) [SC 1.3.1]

      If any of the above checks fail, then Baseline Test 18.A-MeaningfulVisibleContent fails.
