For raw-stream log responses, containerLogs() now makes an extra container-inspect request to determine TTY mode. Callers need permission to inspect the container.

FETCH_RESPONSE and executeRawEndpoint() still return raw bytes. Use the stream callbacks to read decoded output without Docker's binary frame headers.
