cz commit: Pre-fill wizard fields, e.g. summary? #1377

I'd like to use a parameter when calling cz so I can pre-fill entries such as the summary.
Example: cz --summary "refactor admin dashboard"

I am aware that I can manipulate the COMMIT_EDITMSG via prepare-commit-msg hook, but this seems to only affect the final message, not the content filled in the wizard flow that cz is showing.
