Blocking error on console: "Warning: Unsupported graphics API WebGL 2.0" #1333
Description
On old GPUs with drivers that are incompatible with WebGL 2.0, this error can arise and this result of explorer client never finish loading without any reliable error.
Tested on GeForce 8800 GTS and Windows 7 setup.

The proposed solution is to intervene the logger - when that message is shown in console we should be showing the error message through
ReportFatalError. In fact, we already have theNO_WEBGL_COULD_BE_CREATEDerror created.
