Support Erlang/OTP 29 new features #14831

Add as soon as Erlang/OTP 29 is out:

• Support :erlang.is_integer/3 in types
• Print native records
• Use erlang:exit_signal/2 instead of erlang:exit/2

Implement when we require Erlang/OTP 29+:

• Compile ranges to is_integer/3
• Explore using io_ansi instead of our ANSI module (requires Add bright, faint, and normal aliases erlang/otp#11636)
• Remove rand:shuffle backport
