   Until it's supported, use:

   const formData = new FormData();
   // ...
   const buffer = formData.getBuffer();
   
   // or axios, or whatever
   fetch(url, {
     headers: {
       ..formData.getHeaders(),
       "Content-Length": buffer.byteLength.toString()
     },
     body: buffer
   })
