Seperate token for chat and api access #4162

Due to business requirements, i use a specific account for copilot chat, and another account for my general git access.
This generally works fine because copilot just calls gh and it handles this for me, but a lot of the features like teh issues, pull request tabs etc don't work because they are using the wrong "api" token.

Is it possible to manually specifc the token for specific requests?

I am happy to generate a PAT token and provide it to override api requests.
