Support for API Places (New)

I would like to use this API:
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/places/web-service/text-search?hl=fr

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to be able to use google-maps-services-python for that.

Describe alternatives you've considered
import requests

Additional context
URL of Places (New) starts like that:
https://places.googleapis.com/v1/places/
instead of:
https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/
