Addresses four security advisories in soupsieve:
- CVE-2026-49476: unbounded memory on large comma-separated selector lists
- CVE-2026-49477: catastrophic backtracking ReDoS on unterminated quoted
  attribute values
- GHSA-gjv8-xp57-g29c: polynomial-time ReDoS (O(n²)) in IDENTIFIER/VALUE
  selector sub-patterns
- GHSA-j934-xhv5-fg8f: polynomial-time ReDoS in RE_WS_END whitespace/comment
  trimming regex

soupsieve 2.10 is the latest stable release with no known vulnerabilities
per OSV database.
