Environment specific releases and a new libHyperPyPy #82

The libHyperPyPy is working, (pybind/pybind11#886)
If you get a chance to test it, will be great to know of any issue arisen.regarding, the Environment specific releases, I thought it could be better to have a minimal dependencies on the specific usages, eg. arch_target + dfs_type + bindings_specific , so, the build environment will not require all options, while of-course , a release would need to be tested with all possible usable components.
Would such be of comfort to be as cmake args (-DENABLE-PARAM or -DWITH/OUT-PARAM)?currently, my built include only apache 2-major releases while It will not include any other hadoop release , which depends on the system setup env.

to note:
and another thing ,
you can go and try it out so far with Hypertable tests goes till make alltests while holds on ( Start 196: Defects-issue783-offload1) without an error.
While I thought to check with you if you can recommend anything with an issue, the discussion is being at pybind/pybind11#886
