With keyboard open, search isn't scrollable on mobile #1567
Description
On Firefox and Chrome for Android (haven't tested on iOS), opening search and typing a query without collapsing the keyboard results in a page which is unscrollable:
I believe this is because the search results are obscured behind the keyboard, and we don't resize the content based on this.
<meta name="viewport" content="interactive-widget=resizes-content" /> seems like it will fix the issue, according to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Reference/Elements/meta/name/viewport#the_effect_of_interactive_ui_widgets

I tested this on Android across multiple browsers and could only reproduce the issue consistently on Firefox.
Tested browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Brave
So this may be Firefox-specific rather than a general mobile browser issue.
