Tests failing on mac #404

I am getting 43 errors in tests and it's failing on:

Java Debug Server for Visual Studio Code :: Debugger Core FAILURE

My java version is:

openjdk 11.0.2 2019-01-15

For more context it builds and works fine on Linux.
