Lifetime Stree Test Optimizaton #11976

Refractor the code in

Currently there are multiple 'recycling' tests, and there seems to be other same patterns of tests across different controls. It would be better to have a common reusable method for each such patterns into which each control can call and do the tests for each such patterns so that these tests can be scalable, else we guess we may end up with so much of tests and we won't be knowing what all tests are happening
