Disable "No Python found. Would you like to install uv..." #25893

I would like a way to disable this setting in the .vscode/settings.json. I have set up a dev container for our multi-root workspace, and thus I don't want to globally install a Python version. Instead, we have separate virtual environments for each project in our workspace, and the VS Code Python extension is able to identify the virtual environment when clicking on a file in the editor. However, the extension still prompts the user with this pop-up message.
