Sra-pileup region list issues #86

I was looking at the sratoolkit documentation for Sra-Pileup tool. It was not clear to me as how to format a list.txt file for —option-file use. Do I simply write a plain text or should I generate a tab-delimitated text file? I’ve tried both but it didn’t really work. My list file was like this:

-r chr11:52380680-52380680
-r chr11:52380693-52380693
...

Wether I use plain text or tab-delimited text, when there was only one line, it worked well. But as soon as I added a second line to the file, instead of giving me only two bases listed in the file, it gave me all bases between chr11:52380680 to chr11:52380693. I’ve been searching through the Internet but I was not able to find a solution. I’m hoping you could clarify the format.
