LocalBroadcastManager is deprecated and it is not proper way to listen worker state. Instead we can use similar like: https://github.com/nextcloud/android/pull/17644/changes#diff-f3889067c836c130aaa8bc5fc17e7ce77de76302e0dfbb3faa3605e0a09f7e58R19
