Share folder: item in list is missing share icon, then it has wrong one, then appears right one #17915

Steps to reproduce

From files list:

1. open folder details
2. go to sharing
3. share folder with a group of users
4. go back to files list
5. folder is missing share icon
6. refresh
7. wrong share icon appears (public link icon)
8. refresh
9. correct icon appear

(Points 7-9 can be inverted if refreshing fast enough)
