Hi Sanu, If your GitHub Education application was approved only 3 days ago, the Student Developer Pack may still be processing. Benefits can take some time to appear after approval. Please check your GitHub Education benefits page and make sure you are signed into the correct GitHub account. If the benefits still do not appear after several more days, contact GitHub Support with your approval details and username. Best regards. |

Hi everyone,
Hello GitHub Support,
I’m contacting you regarding my GitHub Education application.
My application has already been approved, but it has now been 3 days and I still have not received access to the GitHub Student Developer Pack / education benefits. The student benefits and offers are not appearing on my account despite my approved status.
Could you please check my account and confirm whether there is any issue preventing the benefits from being activated?
I would appreciate it if you could manually verify the status and enable the Student Developer Pack if everything is correctly approved.
Issue: Education application approved, but student benefits/offers have not been received after 3 days.
Thank you for your assistance. I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
