Hi, Your expectation appears to be correct based on GitHub's current billing documentation. For Copilot Business, each assigned license includes 1,900 AI credits per month. The credits are pooled at the billing entity level, so with 2 seats the expected included pool is 3,800 credits, while 5 seats should correspond to 9,500 included credits for the full monthly allowance. More importantly, GitHub currently documents that adding licenses during the billing cycle increases the included AI credits pool immediately. So if the 3 additional seats were successfully assigned as Copilot Business licenses, the pool remaining at exactly 3,800 doesn't look like the expected behavior. I'd check these points before treating it as a UI issue:
One useful distinction here is that “5 Copilot seats assigned” and “5 organization members” aren't necessarily the same thing. The credit pool is based on Copilot licenses, not simply the number of members in the organization. So, assuming all 5 are active Copilot Business licenses under the same billing entity, I would expect the included pool to reflect the additional licenses rather than remain at exactly 3,800. |

We understand that Included AI Credits are pooled and shared across the organization. Our concern is that the total credit allocation does not appear to increase when additional seats are assigned.
When we had 2 seats, our Included AI Credits pool showed 3,800 credits (1,900 per seat). After adding 3 more seats, bringing the total to 5, the pool still shows only 3,800 credits instead of increasing to reflect the additional seats.
