Referencing: owncloud/ocis#13048 (fix: [ocisdev-1433] fix public share, add The grpc clients keepalive)

This removes in Extended Environment Variables: 'GRPC_MAX_CONNECTION_AGE' (extended_vars.yaml)
Needs porting to all affected versions (seems to start with 8.2+)
