I am back after a two year absence, and I can't login to my account. There seem to be two accounts in my name differing only in the capitalization of the first letter.
With one of those accounts, I am able to initiate, and seemingly execute the reset password sequence: 1. I request reset. 2. I receive a new password at my email address, but am still unable to log into bugtracker https://bugs.python.org/). I've tried various cut and pastes strategies, in addition to just typing it in. Oddly, this account lists my time zone as Africa, which is not correct. I would be EST.
The other account does not allow me to even execute the password reset.
I seem to be stuck at this point. Any thoughts on how I might proceed?
