Expose multi-spans to the JS API #3899

Dart Sass's Dart implementation supports "multi-spans" for errors and warnings, where a single message may have multiple source spans attached to it indicating different relevant parts of the source code. In some cases this can be very useful for understanding the full context of an error. We should expose this through the JS API as well.
