Motivation

Please add support for declarativeNetRequest API.

Proposed Solution

It could be implemented similar to Userscripts with @run-at request and pure JSON rules.

Use Cases

For example custom redirects.

    I definitely don't see their implementation being conceptually related to userscripts.
    Something like GM_declarativeNetRequest could be a viable option though.
