Addiction Science & Clinical Practice is a leading journal publsihing research on the treatment and quality of care for people with unhealthy substance use and addictive behaviors. The Journal is currently recruiting new Associate Editors.

Associate Editor

Associate Editors will mainly be responsible for handling manuscripts, but they can engage with journal promotion too. Applications are encouraged from both researchers and clinicians working directly on issues related to the care of those with unhealthy substance use of addictive behaviors. Editorial experience is desired but other applications will be considered. Associate Editors are expected to handle around 3 manuscripts simultaneously, including organising peer-review, revision and making publication decisions. Associate Editors are likely to spend up to 1.5 hours per week on Journal work. Various support is available from the Managing Editor or Publisher and the time commitment can be flexible.

All applications will be reviewed by the Editors-in-Chief as well as the Publisher.
