Mumbai's grid has 6,26,868 things that can go wrong. Someone still has to know which ones actually will. For years, that "someone" was a technician climbing a pole, in the monsoon, guessing. We asked: what if the guess could listen instead? So we built something that hears corrosion. Literally. A hammer tap on a pole, and an AI tells you if it's rotting from the inside out, a hazard no camera would ever catch. It doesn't stop at seeing problems either. It opens the repair ticket itself. No manager, no paperwork, no waiting in a queue. 96% recall. Which means almost nothing dangerous slips past it. But the real story here isn't the accuracy score. It's what an entire city's grid looks like when nothing needs a human eye to stay watched, round the clock.
