capIsNew no longer automatically exempts the built-in constructor names (Array, Boolean, Date, Error, Function, Number, Object, RegExp, String, Symbol, BigInt). They are now exempt only when they reference the global, either directly, or as a property of the global object (globalThis, window, self, global).

We are changing the default value in the schema here, could it be breaking change for the users?

I think we will need to update the docs as well accordingly.

I don't think it's breaking. It's meta.defaultOptions rather than schema, so no existing config becomes invalid.
