Add support for formatting errors for Visual Studio #4460

Description

@markboyall

To cut a long story short, we have a C# project also containing Typescript. We invoke ESBuild through MSBuild. The actual build process works as expected, but when warnings/errors are emitted by ESBuild, Visual Studio doesn't integrate with them correctly; the display is a bit wrong and VS won't go to location when you click the locations.

ESLint has --format visualstudio which emits errors in a VS-compatible format, so the basic request here would be for something similar for ESBuild. I had a look at the formatting options but didn't see one in this case.

    There isn’t an option like that yet. Do you have a link or description for what log format visual studio requires?
