馃懛 ci: correct a stale checkout pin comment - #3254

The pin on pre-release.yaml read v6, but the commit it names has carried the v7 and v7.0.1 tags since the bump. Every other workflow labels that same SHA v7.0.1. Git fetches the SHA, not the comment, so nothing ran from the wrong version. A wrong label still misleads anyone auditing the pins by eye, which is the whole point of keeping the comment.

pypa#3254 changed a comment in a workflow, so its entry has nothing to say to a user. It is also the one name in docs/changelog the new hook rejects.

The
actions/checkoutpin inpre-release.yamlcarries the comment# v6, but the commit it names,3d3c42e, holds thev7andv7.0.1tags. Every other workflow in the repo labels that same SHAv7.0.1.Git resolves the SHA and ignores the comment, so no workflow ever ran the wrong version. 馃搶 The label exists so a reviewer can tell at a glance which release a pin corresponds to, and a wrong one defeats that. Spotted during the workflow audit behind #3253.
