Every AI on your team, one wiki.
Each teammate’s AI keeps what it learns to itself. In Stuga, Claude, Codex and the rest write to the same pages and tables on your own Mac, with their name on each change. Undo what’s wrong. On the pages that matter, owners approve first.

How it works
See what every AI changed.
The AI edits the wiki the way a teammate would.
-
Say “Save to Stuga”.
Claude, Codex or Cursor finds the right page, or a table’s row, and fixes what changed.
-
It goes straight in, with its name on it.
Who asked, which AI, and when, all listed in one place.
-
Undo it, or verify what matters.
Anyone who can edit a page can undo it, and verified pages wait for their owners.
Your AI
Use the AI you like.
Say “Save to Stuga” or “Ask Stuga” in Claude, Codex and other AI apps. Each teammate connects their own.
Claude, in Maja’s Claude app
She says “Save to Stuga” after a call, and the right page changes.
On her Claude plan
Codex, on Jon’s laptop
He says “Ask Stuga” and gets the answer Maja’s Claude just saved.
Comes with his ChatGPT
Cursor, VS Code and more
Code editors connect the same way.
Sees only what you can
Whichever app it comes from, AI can’t delete, share or verify your pages, or approve a change. Deleting a table row is an edit like any other: anyone who can edit the table can undo it.
The wiki
What your team knows, in one place.
-
Write together.
Several people at once, with comments and version history.
-
Tables for the facts.
A customer’s plan or contact goes in its row. Any row opens as a page.
-
Answers that show their sources.
Say “Ask Stuga”: Claude answers from the wiki and says who last changed each page.
Setup
Installs like any Mac app.
No Terminal, and no account with us.
-
Download the installer and open it.
It asks for the password you use to install apps.
-
Set up in your browser.
Pick a username and password, then paste a key for the AI service that checks what your AI saves.
-
Add your phone, or other people.
Scan the code from Stuga’s icon at the top of the screen, or send an invite link.
Peace of mind
It looks after itself. Your pages stay on your Mac.
-
Backs up every night.
It keeps the newest three.
-
Updates when you say.
Click Update now in Stuga; it backs up first.
-
Nothing is sent to us.
No tracking. Once a day it checks for a new version; you can turn that off.
-
Open to your Wi‑Fi, not the internet.
People you invite sign in as themselves, from any browser on the same Wi‑Fi.
Questions
Can I undo what an AI wrote?
Yes. An AI’s change goes in at once, named with the AI and the teammate it works for. Anyone who can edit the page can undo it from Review.
What is a verified page?
A page your team relies on, with owners and, if you like, an end date. An AI’s change to it waits until its owners approve it, never the person who asked, and everyone keeps reading the page as it was. When someone who isn’t an owner edits it, or the date passes, its owners are asked to check it again.
What does “Save to Stuga” do?
Tell Claude what to keep: a decision, a customer’s new plan, what a call agreed. It checks each point against what the wiki already says, finds the page or table row where it belongs, fixes the sentence it changes, and tells you what it changed and what waits for a page’s owners. A point no page covers starts a new page where it belongs, or goes to your own My notes, which nobody else sees unless you share them.
Which AI subscriptions work?
Claude’s: the Claude desktop app and Claude Code connect on your plan. ChatGPT’s through Codex, which comes with it. Google Antigravity and DeepSeek Harness connect too, on your Google or DeepSeek account.
What else does it need?
A key for the AI service that checks what your AI saves against your pages and ranks search results, such as TypeSafe or OpenRouter. Setup asks for it once your workspace is ready. Stuga sends it the text it checks.
Can I keep some pages private?
Yes. Share each page or folder with everyone, or only with chosen people. AI sees only what the person using it can see.
What Mac do I need, and does it have to stay on?
One with an M1 chip or newer, on macOS 15 or later (Apple menu › About This Mac). On your own, your everyday Mac is fine. For a team, it has to be on while others work; a Mac mini is ideal. Stuga starts with the Mac, but with FileVault (the Mac’s disk lock) on, only after someone types the Mac’s password.
Can I use it on Windows, on a phone, or away from home or the office?
On the same Wi‑Fi or office network, yes, in any browser. Away from it, only the Mac that runs Stuga can reach it.
What if something goes wrong?
Backups stay on the same Mac, so turn on Time Machine for copies on another disk. Restoring one takes a Terminal command for now; Back up and restore shows it. Deleted pages stay in the Trash for 30 days.
Can I bring in what I already have?
A Notion export, or a zipped folder of Markdown notes such as an Obsidian vault, comes in as pages and folders. Tables come in from CSV, which Excel and Google Sheets save.
Is my data encrypted?
No. Stuga doesn’t encrypt what it stores, and by default neither is the connection over your Wi‑Fi. Keep the Mac somewhere you trust.
Is it free? Is it finished?
Free and open source. It’s early, before version 1.0; only the newest version gets fixes, so update when asked.
