Pricing questions
Almost everything. Signup, your builder profile and public page, applying to roles, messaging in the inbox, exporting a shortlist as CSV, and posting job roles are all free, however many you post. Those stay free permanently — it is a property of the product, not an introductory offer.
The AI features, and nothing else. An AI search of the board, an AI search of the builder pool, a promoted slot, and emailing a matched candidate. One credit is one US cent, so a 25-credit search costs 25 cents.
No. Credits are bought once, when you want them, and they do not expire. There is nothing to cancel and no renewal date, which is most of why we chose this over plans.
No. Some arrive free when you sign up, more arrive every month for active accounts, and you earn them for finishing your profile and getting verified. Everything outside the AI features is free regardless of your balance.
Because a job board is only worth anything if it has roles on it. Charging for listings suppresses the one thing a marketplace this size is short of, so we do not.
By what it actually cost us to run, times a fixed multiplier, with a floor of one credit. A short question costs a fraction of a long one, and you can see every charge on your balance page.
