The agent inserted hello-world, import-check, and other probe cells, and sometimes created scratch notebooks. Each one was later deleted, which added create, execute, and delete round trips without moving the task forward. Extend "CLEAN FINAL STATE": don't create probe cells or scratch notebooks. The first real cell (imports plus session setup) already checks the kernel. PiperOrigin-RevId: 995368639
