Engine changelog

For what is included in this engine release, see the reachability analysis changelog.

Note

Low Risk
Routine pinned-engine and package version bump with no CLI logic changes; reachability behavior may shift only per the Coana 15.12.3 release notes.

Overview
Releases Socket Python CLI 2.10.10 and updates the default reachability engine from @coana-tech/cli 15.12.1 to 15.12.3.

DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSION in reachability.py drives the pinned npx/npm install spec when --reach-version is omitted; the CLI reference documents the new default. Version strings are aligned in pyproject.toml, socketsecurity/__init__.py, and uv.lock, with a matching 2.10.10 changelog entry pointing at the reachability analysis changelog for engine changes.
