The user-facing
pipeline()inmemcache.experimentgroups independent operations and fans them out per server with no ordering across servers, so it is a batch rather than a pipeline. It is nowcache.batch()returningBatch/AsyncBatch, and the with block is replaced by an explicitexecute(), since commit-on-exit reads like a transaction the batch never was. Pipeline naming stays only in the connection layer, where it describes the actual wire behavior.
