docs: remove the title-only headers from the Aria sub pages - #71252

The Aria sub pages opened with a docs-decorative-header that only set a title and had no imgSrc, so they rendered a plain banner without an illustration. No other guide section does this: their sub pages start with a regular heading and only the overview carries a header illustration. Replace the header on the 12 sub pages with a plain top-level heading. The overview keeps its illustrated header and the page content is unchanged.

The Aria sub pages had a title-only
docs-decorative-headerwith no illustration, which no other guide section does (their sub pages just start with a normal#heading). It probably came from the overview page being copied into every sub page in #63605. This swaps the 12 sub-page headers for a plain#heading.
