What changes are proposed in this pull request?

Add Velox-backend coverage for Spark SQL shiftrightunsigned:

  • Add column-backed native execution tests for both shiftrightunsigned(value, shift) and the >>> operator.
  • Cover INTEGER and BIGINT inputs, logical zero-fill for negative values, Spark shift-distance masking, boundary and extreme shifts, and null propagation.
  • Mark both forms supported in the Velox scalar-function documentation.

Gluten already maps Spark's ShiftRightUnsigned expression to the native shiftrightunsigned function, so no additional expression-conversion code is required.

This change depends on the companion Velox implementation in facebookincubator/velox#19376 being included in Gluten's pinned Velox dependency before merge.

How was this patch tested?

  • Added a Parquet-backed parity test that prevents constant folding and verifies native ProjectExecTransformer execution.
  • ./dev/format-scala-code.sh check
  • License-header validation for the changed Scala source.
  • git diff --check
  • Complete content and secret scans passed.

Native builds and test binaries were not run locally because the currently pinned Velox dependency does not yet contain the companion implementation. The draft PR is intended to use CI after the Velox dependency is updated.

Add column-backed parity coverage for Spark SQL shiftrightunsigned and the
unsigned right-shift operator across integer, bigint, boundary, and null
