The AD reader no longer treats <s />, <s id="1"/> or any other tag with a slash right before the closing angle bracket as an opening tag, matching the existing handling of <s/>. Tests pin both sides, and the manual and README describe the change.

The AD reader now treats every self-closing markup line, such as
<s />or<s id="1"/>, like<s/>: it no longer opens a sentence, paragraph, title, box or text. Tests pin the accepted and rejected tag forms, and the manual and README describe the rule. Compared with 3.0.0-M6, AD input that relied on such self-closing lines opening an element is read differently, which the README lists under breaking changes.Fixes #1447
