Describe the problem.

I'm being denied access to certain sharepoint folders and files that have been shared with me, while some others are working. Even opening from links in the emails that invite me to edit lead me to a screen telling me I don't have permission.

Is there anything else we should know?

I also tried opening them in Edge just to make sure the browser wasn't the problem

    Hi Neil, received your DTS service request about SharePoint access. The files that are being shared with you are on an ATSD team space where they have locked it down for their ATSD team members. So staff might be sharing some documents/files with you but not given you access to their shared space. You'll want to talk to someone from ATSD that manages their Sharepoint group, Caitlin or Nathan.
