Document how automatic Manager package warnings after cloudlinux-customizer reconfigure should be interpreted, and move the package inspection and recovery procedure into the installation guide. Add the cldiag --check-manager-packages reference, including older-version fallback, exact applicability, nonfatal configuration warnings, and the limits of RPM file verification.

The procedure separates duplicate or missing packages from damaged files, makes reinstall conditional on resolving conflicts and repository availability, and requires checking the original Manager operation after repair. It does not suggest forced package removal, RPM database repair, or another conversion.

This draft accompanies lve-utils MR !171. Keep the new automatic behavior coordinated with its release; the text tells readers to confirm whether their installed version includes the checker.

Validation: frozen Yarn dependencies; yarn docs:build rendered all 49 pages using Node 22.23.3. The diagnostic commands and automatic duplicate warning were checked against the installed candidate RPM on CloudLinux 9.8, with real isolated RPM fixtures for duplicate and damaged-package cases. No dependency or deployment configuration changes.
